4. Cancellation by the Traveler

Some tours and activities may be affected by weather conditions or events beyond our control. If a service cannot operate safely or properly, the itinerary may be adjusted, postponed, or cancelled.

9. Late Arrival and No-Show
Travelers are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed meeting point or pickup location. If you are late, we will try to assist where possible, but the tour may need to start as scheduled.
Failure to attend the service without prior notice may be considered a no-show and may not be refundable.
10. Special Services and Private Tours
Private tours, customized itineraries, special arrangements, hotel bookings, domestic flights, cruise bookings, or services requiring advance supplier payment may have stricter cancellation and refund conditions.
